First of all I want to apologize for the late entry.
Round’s two and three proved to be quite the challenge. The theme of having large numbers throughout my round’s continued. I battled most of the tournament with a roller coaster type scorecard.
Wednesday started off with a few pars until hole six. It was a dog-leg left, par four that was playing fairly long with a green surrounded by water and bunkers. Needless to say I didn’t do a great job of avoiding the trouble and made a mental mistake. I fought back with birdies on eight and nine. The back nine seemed to mirror the front. Another birdie on twelve followed by an error on fifteen led to a very disappointing 81.
Thursday’s round ended with the same result. I had many up and downs within the first 10 holes and couldn’t get it back by the end. I carded 81 again on Thursday.
Of course this week’s event proved to be disappointing, but as we golfers do, I'll bounce back and be ready to tee it up again on Tuesday! Next week’s event will be held at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fl Tuesday-Thursday.
I want to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers this week. Now time to prepare and get after it again soon!
I hope everyone has a great weekend. Happy Friday :)
Met you at LPGA at the range while we waited on the rain to clear, Just wanted to say good luck this week!
